The Peapack-Gladstone Headquarters Project involved the complete renovation of all four existing floors without impacting the business operations of the bank. Renovations and construction were completed on specific floors according to a detailed project schedule developed and coordinated by Hahr & Lyons Construction; as departments of the bank were relocated on set weekends to finished floors to allow construction to continue and bank operations to function unimpeded. The level of finishes and construction of the offices were critical and involved strict control of noise, dust, and debris so as not to impact banking functions. The success of the project allowed the bank to centralize business operations and minimize operational downtime.
